Buddy and Candy Rattray serve as the lead pastors of Tower City Church. Married for almost 40 years, Buddy and Candy are long-time residents of San Antonio and are Texans through and through. Neither was born here, but they both got here as soon as they could!

Buddy is a graduate of Hardin-Simmons University (Abilene) and of Southwestern Seminary (Ft. Worth). Candy runs a thriving crafting business. The Rattrays have served as pastors in Oklahoma, Florida, and the United Kingdom. Buddy and Candy are the founding pastors of Tower City Church.
